How AI usage works

What's included?: Each plan includes a set number of AI pest identifications and AI treatment recommendations per calendar month (see the table above). The count resets at the start of each month (midnight UTC on the 1st).
What if we use more AI treatment recommendations?: Each recommendation past your plan's monthly amount is $0.50. Basic doesn't include AI treatment recommendations.
What if we use more AI pest identifications?: Extra pest identifications are never charged.
Is there a cap?: Yes. Once you reach 3× your plan's monthly amount, that AI feature pauses until the next month, and everything else keeps working. So extra AI recommendations can never cost more than $100 a month on Professional or $500 on Enterprise.

How billing works

Do you charge per user?: No. Each plan is one flat price for the whole farm, and includes a set number of team members. Need more people? Move up a plan.
What happens when the free trial ends?: Every new farm gets a 14-day Professional trial with no credit card. When it ends, choose a plan to keep logging work. Until you do, your farm is read-only: you can still view and export every record, your safety status and the regulatory report.
Can we change plans?: Yes, anytime. An upgrade takes effect right away, and you pay only the prorated difference. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period, with no refund for the time left.
Monthly or annual?: Either. Annual billing costs 10 months' worth, so 2 months are free. Changing plans keeps your billing cycle.
Can we cancel?: Anytime, from Manage Billing in Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for; after that the farm becomes read-only, and your records stay viewable and exportable.
What if a payment fails?: You keep your plan while we retry the card, and the app asks you to update your payment method.

How consultant billing works

What does a consultant pay?: $129 / month (or $1,290 / year) for your consulting practice. It covers up to 5 client farms; each additional farm is $29 / month (or $290 / year).
Who pays for the client farm?: The grower. Each client farm has its own Logri plan. You join it as an advisor, and you don't take up one of the farm's team-member slots, on any plan, including Basic.
Whose AI allowance do I use?: AI you use while working on a client's farm counts against that farm's plan, not your practice's.
